HC Berry Cafe' Release

Hey bloggers, how are you this gorgeous Wednesday? We have sunshine here today and it's perfect timing for our new Berry Cafe' release from Heartfelt Creations. Lose yourself in this perfect description of summer in the making!

Warm breezes blow, busy bees buzz from blossom to blossom, and perfectly shaped, ripe berries beckon you as you catch a glimpse of them through the vines winding their way up the rickety old picket fence in the picture perfect garden patch.  Bring back fond memories of strawberry picking while the early morning dew still lingered on the vines with the new release by Heartfelt Creations.  The Berry Cafe Collection will have you reminiscing of filling pails until overflowing while playing the game of "two for me" and "one for the pail", which always led to the task taking a tad longer. Travel back in time to the days of your childhood where you shared your first strawberry milkshake, or float at the local ice cream parlor with that special someone you so adored. Filled with sweet illustrations of vining strawberries, adorable children, elegant blossoms, old fashioned strawberry stands as well as delicately patterned papers featuring eyelet prints, soft checks, ornate borders and delicious clusters of strawberries nestled among flowers, you are certain to find yourself warming in the berry patch and hankering for a cold strawberry treat. Happy hues of pinks, reds, yellows, blues and greens create a cheerful color palette that is sure to make your heart sing the songs of summer.  Five extraordinary cling stamp sets allow you to recreate all of the memories of strawberry picking and enjoying the fruit from the vine.  Color and shape your way to a lush and productive garden plot where blossoms and fruit abound, being careful to avoid the ever busy bees.  After all of the toiling and care, reap your rewards, head on over to the fruit stand where anxious passerby’s will be ready to invest in your delicious crop...and once the day is done, grab a friend and treat yourselves to that special strawberry flavored treat with a generous helping of whipped topping! We present to you the ideal collection to welcome summer!

I have a banner to share with you today. I wanted to make something to hang across the window to chase away the leftover winter blahs. Or as we here in Wisconsin call it "Sprinter" We really don't have a spring because it snows here twice a week until May first! Thus spring and winter turn into "Sprinter" LOL
Here's the full banner and below I will add close-ups of each pennant.

I hope you've enjoyed my project today for our new Berry Cafe' release and you can find complete instructions for this project on  the the Heartfelt Creations Blog and be sure to check out all the gorgeous things my teammates have created!

Heartfelt Inspiration Wednesday

Hello bloggers. My card today was created with another stamp from the latest release from
Heartfelt Creations Winking Frog Collection. This stamp is called Flirting Frogs. How cute is that! Now I'll be out this summer in the flower bed looking for frogs that flirt with each other, LOL
Now I have to tell you about this colored look. It was an accident. I used some gold embossing powder as a little switch up from my normal use of Memento black ink for stamping. I dug out my Copics that I wanted to use and went to work. Well low and behold, Copics react with metallic embossing powder in a way I would have never guessed! So in for a penny, in for a pound, as they say and I forged ahead. The end result is sort of water coloring look I think. Once in a while a boo boo ends up being something really clever but I'm not quite sure if I like this one. You'll have to let me know in the comment section what you think.

Now that I've told you how this image ended up looking this way, if you would like complete instructions for this card & many more gorgeous projects head on over to the

"Leaping " Inspiration from Heartfelt Creations

Hi bloggers. Time for some great big ol' froggy goodness! I think these little guys are so darn cute! Heartfelt Creations really hit a home run with these little guys! You should stop in at the online store and check out the Winking Frog Collection. I mean who could not love a frog when they are up to antics of theses sweet babies? Now my card today is a pop-up card. I haven't made one for a long time, but I think it turned out really cute. My neighbor saw it and ordered one just like it for her sisters birthday because she LOVES frogs.
Here's the front of the card and I believe the sentiment says it all!

When you open the card this little pop-up surprise waits inside!

Here's a close up of the happy froggys and mushrooms.

You can find complete instructions for this card on the Heartfelt Creations Blog & a ton more inspiration from my teammates so be sure to hop on over and check it out.

Heartfelt Wish for You Wednesday

Hi bloggers! How are you this wonderful Wednesday? The sun shone all day here yesterday & that lifts my spirits to a whole new level, yay!!
i have a simple card for you today, trying my hand at CAS again & I must say I am pleased with the outcome this time. With my "more is better" way of designing it's very hard for me to do clean and simple and be satisfied, but I am with this one, hoorah!
Heartfelt Creations is making it easy with the new pages of the paper collections that have images that can be cut out and ready to go on to your cards, no muss no fuss. I personally love to color the stamped images, but every now and again I throw my hat into the ring with the clean and simple folks. I so admire that style and there are definitely times when you need it, so I am trying to perfect my ability. Here's my baby this week using the Sunrise Lily Collection.

You can find the complete instructions for this card along with my teammates gorgeous creations over on the Heartfelt Creations Blog, so be sure to stop in over there and get inspired!

Thanks for coming by today for a visit.
