Heartfelt Creations Inspiration Wednesday

Hi bloggers. Now don't fall off your chairs, but I have a SCRAPBOOK page to share with you! I know, right?? I couldn't believe it my self, and the funny part is I love how it looks. I think they intimidate me a bit, so that's why I sort of keep putting off the making of them.
This is a tribute to my Dad for this past Sunday which was Fathers day. He's been gone for thirty three years and I can still see him as plain as if he were here. There is a commercial on television that states the man in it, is the most interesting in the world, but I think they're wrong.
My Dad was! He could keep you mesmerized for hours with his story telling, my goodness what an adventurous life he lead.
I've used the Blazing Poppy Collection on my layout which is the current release from
Heartfelt Creations.  We are participating in a blog hop with the ART ANTHOLOGY company and we are showcasing several of their products this week. I have used the Colorations Spray called Raider to enhance the background of my layout, cool huh? You can check out the HC Blog this week for several more sample using these great products.
Now here's my tribute page and you can let me know what you think.
You can find the complete detailed instructions for this layout on the
along with all the beautiful creations from my Design Teammates. Pop on over and enjoy!

Hugs, Maureen

  1. Oh my, this is stunning! So much to look at and beautifully composed! I have yet to dive into the layout kingdom myself, but this is truly inspiring Maureen!

  2. This is absolutely gorgeous!!!!!

  3. What a wonderful tribute to your Dad!

  4. Maureen, this turned out fantastic! I love the colors in the poppies, and the whole color palette in general! I too tend to shy away from layouts so I understand the intimidation....but you rocked this!

  5. Wow, wow, wow, Maureen! This is a fabulous layout! Those poppies just come right out of the page and grab me! The colors are phenomenal! And your dad sounds like a wonderful guy! I love the silver chain...and the great mixed media background. Everything is wonderful!

  6. Hi Maureen, great LO...and love those Poppies! Hugs
