PPRS Monday

Here' it is bloggers Monday already & Easter came & went in a flash. I am sharing a card I made with my Prickley Pear products today.  It's fast approaching the time when weddings will be coming up & I'm trying to get a head start. The things I'm using today are not necessarily wedding but I think they work well.
I want to thank all of you who joined our Hop last week. and I'll announce the lucky winners before I get started on the description of my card.
Drawn at random:
KT Fit Kitty from Heidi's blog
Sharla's Web from Michelle's blog
Jean Bullock from Angie's blog
Congratulations ladies!
Don't fall out of your chairs, but there is no coloring on this card. Yes you heard me right. Well maybe a little with C1 for some hills around the church. Here's the funny part, I had this card all done & photographed, ready to post & my new dies came in the mail today from Prickley Pear. Well it didn't take me long to dive right into those babies I'll tell ya! So I re-vamped my card a little, took new pictures and presto, new look! I am so in love with this Flourish Die, I want to put it on everything now. I got a couple new Cheery Lynn dies as well. You'll see me use them as additions to my Prickley Pear products in the next few weeks. Did you know CL makes our Prickley Pear dies? Yes indeed. So if you have any CL dies you know how great they are & PPRS dies are the same exact quality. Cut beautifully, no sticking, and pop right out with a slight tap on the table or even the waste can lid. (been there, done that) So take my word for it, PPRS dies are a great investment!
On this card I snipped the flourish in half and tucked it under my ovals and I think it rocks!
I used the D042 Scalloped Oval Nesting Die, & alternated black & white cardstock with the different sizes and stacked them up with pop dots. CLR027A Scalloped Oval 4 Floral Clear Set for my oval, church, and sentiment & then I did a little creative stamping to make a border on the bottom with the CLR015A Blobby Flowers 2 Clear Set. I added a little bling, some glitter, of course, and done. Here's a close up of the oval stack & flourish.

Thanks for stopping by today & letting me share my work with you. Come back soon.
Hugs, Maureen
